What is Big Tent Freedom?
Someone smarter than me said that there are two kinds of freedom. Freedom “to” and Freedom “from”. The first is all about ME and the second is all about US.

We have rights as individuals, but I’m all about the Big Tent - all races, creeds, colors, genders, working together for each other.

If you get yours, and I lose mine, that’s not right. That’s not freedom.

Yes, we have different points of view. So for Freedom to work we need to understand each other. We’ve got to talk to each other. No guns, no violence. Let’s talk about it.

The first sentence in my Boy Scout Citizenship merit badge book © says “Another word for citizenship is membership.” I want to be a good citizen. You want to be a good citizen. Under the Big Tent. Big Tent Freedom.
