Yeah, I know what you're thinking. But it's not like that, honest. These songs are snapshots of my life as an 'adult'. You've got your love and longing, pain and regrets, bad things that happen to good people, getting up every day to go to work, a little melancholy, and a song about protecting your daughter from greasy musicians. Sexy stuff, huh.

Mostly these songs show me fumbling around from point A to Point B just like everybody else. But the cool thing is that every day we get to start all over. I dig it.
